I need a natural remedy for acid reflux and headaches/migraines..?

Im nineteen years old and i get migraines and headaches all the time. i am on birth control but its not from that. i have tried lavender bath bubbles and sprays but i dont find much relief.. infact, i think it causes my head to hurt more! I also have been diagnosed with GERD and acid reflux disease and i am looking for alternative medicine. i am currently taking prevacid and pepcid perscription versions. i am sick of taking sooo many pills, please help. only serious responses please….

Acid Reflux Cure. What is this stuff about apples I hear? ?

I heard of this guy selling a reflux remedy report for 20 bucks online. I know what your thinking. (Don’t spend your money!) Well he talks about apples or a slice of an apple rather,that will eliminate all the symptoms of acid reflux. I work with a GI doctor at the local hospital and I am going to see what insight he can give me. My reflux is getting worse by the week. I have doubled my dose of omeprazole (Prilosec), started taking Pesid Complete AND Rolaids!!! This is driving me nuts. But I really want to know if the apples work so I am going to be the human experiment for all of you to see if this homeopathic idea works and I will see what other info I can scrounge out of my Doc. I was hospitalized in June, I was feeling tightness in my chest and burning as well. I was diagnosed with Acid Reflux and I was wondering if anyone ever had it and what did you take to help. I’m particularly interested in natural alternatives.

What Kind of Apple Cures Acid Reflux?

I have been getting acid reflux so bad recently. Apple Cider Vinegar isn’t helping. I heard that apples help and yogurt? Does anyone know what kind of apples work? And what yogurt?
Or does anyone have any other home remedies? I don’t want to take meds as those just make it worse.
